Grooming boxers are very easy because boxers are one of the few dog breeds who doesn't require much grooming. It is a simple 4 tasks process of brushing the boxer's teeth every day, bathing the boxer once in two weeks, cleaning ears and clipping nails. Brushing the teeth of your boxer everyday avoids dental issues and maintains a good dental hygiene, which has shown to increase 2 years of the dog's lifespan. Bathing your boxer should be done with a mild dog shampoo and not with any human shampoo. And bathe them more than once in two weeks should be avoided as it leads to dry skin and itching. Cleaning the ears and clipping nails are the major part which needs a person to distract your boxer's attention. It is because boxers don't like getting their ears cleaned or getting their nails clipped. Use the cleaning solution, you purchased from the vet to clean their ears. Now, here comes our final task of the process, clipping nails. Clipping your boxer's nails should be done carefully because the quick runs through the center of the nails. If it is not done carefully, the boxer bleeds. So, be careful, be happy.
